Although breastfeeding is natural and normal, it doesn't always come easily, and there are a variety of issues that affect breastfeeding success. Over the past few years, Aditi has helped several of my clients establish solid breastfeeding relationships with their babies. I truly appreciate her kindness and patience shown to my clients as she has provided excellent education and suggestions to them. Her experience and wisdom have proven to be invaluable, and I'm thankful for her expertise. There have been times I've needed to text or call her after hours or on weekends (because, well, babies come at all hours), and she's always been great to get right back to me as soon as she can as I assist my clients in their breastfeeding journeys. I recommend that any pregnant mom take her online course and stay in close contact with her as they welcome their babies, so that she can help with any issues that may arise and/or just offer encouragement. The material applies not only to you, but also to your husband. I recommend Aditi’s course because of the topics covered and the detail her material provides. The topics are relevant and useful, while the detail provides adequate depth and is practical - I.e., all information can be used in real life. The best part is that if something comes up, Aditi is there to support. In many internet/remote courses I am left with unanswered questions. Not here. With Aditi you can tell she has been intentional when designing the program. This is shown through the program’s structure and progression. All the topics covered left me with the information I needed, and with no unanswered questions. Knowing Aditi is only a phone call away if I have questions or concerns when my baby arrives has given me peace of mind. I am forever grateful to Aditi and would recommend her to friends, family and all expecting mothers.

After our first call with Aditi I felt much better about our journey and learned some techniques that drastically improved our experience and helped me be able to continue, even through the healing process of the damage done before. She’s helped a ton with answering my questions along the way and checks in regularly. We’re a month in and she’s now helping us start pumping and introducing the bottle. I feel like I talked to every mom I knew and researched what I could about having a better nursing experience, but I was still struggling with my 4 week old on latching. My nipples were so sore and burned after every session and her feeds were sometimes an hour long. We had a video consultation with Aditi and she gave us the run down on a good latch and the basics of breastfeeding. My baby was done feeding within 8-10 minutes and had a big poop afterwards! I’m so glad we decided to get help. I feel so much better, and so does my baby!

Our Approach
Prenatal Care
As a team, we promise to provide you with the most accurate, up to date and useful information to guide you along your pregnancy. We can meet with an expectant mother as early as 8 weeks to discuss her goals the next 9 months. We will introduce her to chiropractic care around 12 weeks so that her pregnancy is more comfortable and set her up for a faster delivery. Towards her last trimester we can get her registered for our ONLINE prenatal breastfeeding class so that she can be better prepared for baby's arrival.
Postpartum Support
Once baby arrives, we are able to set up a visit to go over what was learned in class. We will help make sure mom and baby have a firm foundation for a successful breastfeeding journey. The providers and resources we offer are certified to assess for tethered oral tissues for the next 12 months of your postpartum journey as a mother. You will receive the best care from our team in helping you meet your breastfeeding goals!
